We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our online returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.

To maintain the longevity of your footwear and accessories, we recommend applying a protector spray before first use. For suede, use a specialized brush to remove dirt; for leather, apply a high-quality nourishing cream periodically.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Fairfax & Favor products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance.
