Return Process

  Carefully place the products in their original blue boxes and dust bags, ensuring all tags remain attached to prevent damage during transit.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to receive a pre-paid shipping label or a QR code for paperless drop-off.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
